Difficulty swallowing, blood in stools, unexplained weight loss, jaundice, persistent vomiting, bowel obstruction symptoms, or a biopsy/imaging report suggesting cancer.

Typical evaluation

Endoscopy or colonoscopy with biopsy, CT scan, MRI or PET scan when needed, and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
